CEPI - The Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations. Launched at the World Economic Forum's 2017 Annual Meeting in Davos. Initial funding: $540 million from the Gates Foundation, Wellcome Trust, and multiple governments.

GAVI - The Vaccine Alliance. Another Gates-funded initiative, launched at the WEF's 2000 Annual Meeting. Has delivered over 1 billion COVID-19 vaccines and claims to have "saved 13 million lives."

WHO - The World Health Organization. Sets global health policy, declares pandemics, and coordinates international disease response.

WEF - The World Economic Forum. The unelected global body that brings these players together, hosts their meetings, and coordinates their agendas.

Notice the pattern? The same organizations, the same funding sources, the same revolving door of personnel. They meet in Davos, they plan in Geneva, and they profit everywhere.

And they all have one thing in common: they need pandemics.

Not to stop them. To manage them. To control the response. To ensure the vaccines get made, distributed, and mandated. To keep the money flowing and the power centralizing.

Disease X: The Pre-Selected Pandemic

Here's something that should make your blood run cold.

In 2021, GAVI—the global vaccine alliance—publicly discussed that bird flu is the next "Disease X."

Disease X is the WHO's term for an unknown pathogen that will cause the next pandemic. It's the boogeyman they use to justify billions in "pandemic preparedness" spending.

But here's the thing: they already knew what it would be.

By 2023, the World Economic Forum, WHO, and CEPI had all positioned H5N1 avian influenza as Disease X. Not Ebola. Not some unknown virus. Bird flu.

Dr. Shyam Bishen, Head of Health and Healthcare at the World Economic Forum, stated in March 2023: "With the H5N1 bird flu virus currently circulating freely among birds and various animal species the chance of it mutating to become more infectious in humans has increased."

Jeremy Farrar, former Wellcome director and now WHO Chief Scientist, called H5N1's pandemic potential a "big worry" and has been pushing for immediate vaccine development.

Think about what this means. The next pandemic wasn't predicted. It was selected.

They chose bird flu. They positioned it. They started developing vaccines for it. They built the infrastructure to respond to it.

And then, right on schedule, it became the crisis they needed.

The Vaccine Pipeline: Already Built and Waiting

Read that again. They already had vaccine candidates ready. Before widespread human infection. Before a pandemic declaration.

They were just waiting for the right moment.

Event 201: The Dress Rehearsal

If you think this sounds familiar, you're not crazy.

In October 2019—just weeks before COVID-19 emerged—the World Economic Forum, Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation hosted "Event 201."

The same playbook is now being run with H5N1. The infrastructure is built. The vaccines are in development. The censorship mechanisms are ready.

They're just waiting for the crisis.

The May 2025 Pandemic Agreement: Locking in Control

On May 20, 2025—six months before the ostriches were killed—the 78th World Health Assembly adopted the WHO Pandemic Agreement.

This wasn't just another bureaucratic document. This was a power grab of historic proportions.

The Agreement creates:

A "Coordinating Financial Mechanism" for pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response. Translation: A global funding apparatus that bypasses national control.

Mandatory participation by pharmaceutical manufacturers in what they call the "PABS system"—ensuring "equitable and timely access to pandemic-related health products tailored to meet public health needs."

Translation: Pharmaceutical companies get guaranteed markets, guaranteed profits, and legal protection—all coordinated by unelected international bodies.

The Agreement entered force in September 2025.

Two months later, Canada killed the immune ostriches.

Why Natural Immunity is a Threat to the System

Now we can see why those birds had to die.

The Universal Ostrich Farm ostriches did something that threatens the entire pandemic industrial complex: they survived.

Out of over 400 birds exposed to H5N1, 314 lived. They developed natural immunity. They were healthy, thriving, and no longer contagious after eleven months.

The global influenza vaccine market alone is projected to reach $7.6 billion by 2030. And that's just seasonal flu.

An H5N1 pandemic would require vaccines for billions of people. At scale, you're looking at a multi-hundred-billion-dollar market.

Even better for the manufacturers: the WHO Pandemic Agreement guarantees them priority access to markets, coordinates global distribution, and—critically—ensures "equitable access" which means governments will buy vaccines for countries that can't afford them.

Taxpayer-funded guaranteed sales. No marketing costs. Legal immunity from side effects. Government-mandated uptake.

It's the perfect business model.

But only if there's a pandemic.

The Web of Influence: Who Really Governs?

Let's map the connections:

The WEF hosts the annual meetings where pandemic policy is coordinated. It launched CEPI in 2017. It co-organized Event 201 with Gates and Johns Hopkins in 2019. It actively promotes the WHO Pandemic Agreement.

The Gates Foundation funds CEPI, GAVI, and contributes heavily to WHO. Bill Gates is a regular speaker at WEF events and a key driver of global vaccine policy.

WHO sets global health policy, declares pandemics, and now—through the Pandemic Agreement—controls international response mechanisms and pharmaceutical supply chains.

CEPI develops and funds vaccine candidates for emerging diseases, with a particular focus on H5N1.

GAVI distributes vaccines globally, coordinating with governments and pharmaceutical companies.

Pharmaceutical manufacturers like Pfizer, Moderna, GSK, and Sanofi participate in the PABS system, getting guaranteed access to global markets through WHO coordination.

It's a closed loop. The same people fund the organizations that set the policies that benefit the companies those same people invest in.

And national governments—like Canada—act as enforcement arms for this international cartel.

The Canadian Connection: Useful Enforcers

Canada didn't kill those ostriches because Canadian scientists determined it was necessary.

Canada killed them because the World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH)—the Paris-based international body—has a "stamping out" policy that Canada is obligated to follow.

Throughout the court proceedings, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency cited "international obligations" and "internationally recognized biosecurity standards."

Not Canadian evidence. Not Canadian science. Not Canadian interests.

Karen Espersen and Katie Pasitney were at the farm—banned from the enclosure after being arrested months earlier for trying to stay with their birds. "CFIA you can stop!" Katie yelled into the darkness as the gunfire continued. "Run, pretty birds!"

When it was over, they still weren't allowed to approach. The CFIA refused to let them near the enclosure. Refused to let them see what remained of 35 years of work. Refused to let them pray for the animals.

"They said they were scared for their lives," Pasitney reported, her voice breaking.

Scared of what? Two women who'd been arrested months before for the crime of wanting to comfort their own birds?
